How about a little accountability from the trade unions that make American manufacturing facilities absurdly non competitive. The writing was on the wall 20 years ago but the chronic tunnel vision of the trade unions prevented any realistic observation of anything beyond the 6 greedy inches in front of their face. The manufacturing world changed and you refused to adapt…now we all gladly buy cheap Chinese shit at Walmart.

Buying “Made in China” means funding terrorists! WhereEver China goes, death and destructin follows; Vietnam, Cambodia, Tibet, North Korea, Iran, and Darfur. They give nukes to Pakistan to do China’s dirty work, so it can threaten India, same with North Korea threatening Taiwan and Japan. Giving nukes soon to Iran, because of the US being in Iraq. In Darfur millions have already died. China does not care about its own people, this is a hint to other countries!

Walmart is horrid. They treat their employees badly. They pressure their suppliers to cut cost and this is a breeding ground for slave labor in countries that don’t have our protections. They ruin communities with their plastic vulgar stores. Until they deal fairly with suppliers, their employees, and the public I am boycotting them. I have found I can get along great without them.

WalMart is not to blame. It is a business, doing what businesses do. In the future, when Chinese quality has gone up, the world will follow in walmart’s steps, it’s nothing personal against the US, it’s just good business.

Its not good business. What it is, in fact, is Walmart being pushy and greedy at our expense. They need to own up to the fact that they have pressured Chinese suppliers to the point that we are getting shitty products. I don’t see how that is good business, sorry.

Exactly! I try to avoid buying Made-in China products, but the problem now is that EVERYTHING is made in China! There are some products that you just cannot get locally anymore. Manufacture has completely shifted to the Far East and we have reached a point of no return where a local business would simply be swamped by any competitor that manufactures in China. One day China might decide to turn things around and then we’ll be killed by our own greed.
